molotov cocktail terbentuk pada tahun 2004 dari sebuah tongkrongan di sudut ibukota tepatnya di sumur batu kemayoran,dulunya kami memainkan musik trashpunk dan sempat memiliki 3 lagu demo dengan judul fuck your choice,government fuck off,dan pejabat bangsat,seiring berjalannya waktu banyak personil yg sudah tidak bisa ikut dlm kegiatan molotov cocktail...akhirnya kita sepakat untuk mengganti warna musik kita menjadi beraliran punkrock,dengan personil wajah2 baru disini,kita ingin terus meramaikan dan memberikan kontribusi dan karya kami untuk orang lain terutama para punkers....
